I can't believe the unprofessional behavior of this company. I had a deal over the phone the night before for a RAV4 Prime, was going to pay cash and they sold the car out from under me. My wife took off work, we prepared to make the trip and were ready to drop our car of to CARMAX afterwards. Only to get a call from our sales rep the next day @ 12:00 that the manager allowed another sales rep to sell our car out from under us. Never have I ever seen such unprofessional practices from a car dealership. Very disappointed

Horrible horrible. My son purchase a vehicle on June 24, 2022. He was leaving from college and the entire ABS system went out, luckily he was smart to through the emergency brake on . He could of hurt himself or someone else on the road. We took the car to Infiniti and they sat aged the entire ABS system was modified (this was not disclosed to us). My son purchased an extended warranty as well which is null and void because of the modifications. The dealership says it’s $12,000 to fix. We just purchased this vehicle for 26k and shift says oh well. No help out all. My son is paying a car that is sitting there and no help. Please don’t go.
