I showed up ready to negotiate to purchase the car. Before they even show you the car they want your credit card. I spent 20 mins answering stupid questions before they even showed me the car. Then they wouldn't let me drive it, but wanted to sit down and talk numbers. I said I'm not talking numbers without driving the car. The number they gave me was $4000 more than the advertised price. Calling it Dealer prep or some nonsense. When told them I was a cash buyer they wanted to tack on another $1000 for not financing through them. I walked out, went to another dearlership and bought another car two days later sold by professional car salesman with no bullcrap. Horrible place Stay away. Sales and support staff not wearing mask either During Covid!

Dealer Review:
All the their online prices are fake and just to attracting people. You will see the salesman will add up to the price $5000 dealer fee which is ridiculous in all over the state, $800 LoJack GPS plus $800 paper work and $320 for registration. After purchasing don’t expect them any respect. I am writing as a victim who had to sue them to get my refund on canceled extended warranty which is another way to ripping customers off. If you are not looking for any trouble just stay away from this awful place.

I tried to contact them multiple times in regards to one of their vehicles. I spoke with multiple people over the phone, all which told me a sales person will call me back. They never did. Days later, I get an email saying "they've been trying to contact me" [non-permissible content removed]. They had my phone number, and how many times I called I honestly probably looked desperate for their vehicle and that's the worst position you want to be in when purchasing a car.
