it was all going well up to the payment and delivery. When I went to the clerk of my county, discovered that they would require the title, that David have said before that shouldn't be given to me, but to the bank. Then I have requested to the bank to provide the title to the clerk and, after 3 weeks, the bank have said it have never been handed from Land Rover Pasadena to them. So that I have connected with David and Victor and what my surprise when they said the would not hand my title over the lender until I have done a VIN inspection, that would be required in my county but: THE VIN INSPECTION CAN NOT BE DONE WITHOUT THE TITLE. When I pointed this, so that they stopped David stopped the communication, then I pushed back in the other day, Victor came up with the same bizarre debate about me missing the "vin inspection" and again, they stopped communicating. Thus, I'm now with a fully paid car, risking not being able to use it because .... I don't know. LAND ROVER PASADENA JUST KEEPS UNLAWFULLY HOLDING THE TITLE OF A FULLY PAID CAR.

Horrible horrible. My son purchase a vehicle on June 24, 2022. He was leaving from college and the entire ABS system went out, luckily he was smart to through the emergency brake on . He could of hurt himself or someone else on the road. We took the car to Infiniti and they sat aged the entire ABS system was modified (this was not disclosed to us). My son purchased an extended warranty as well which is null and void because of the modifications. The dealership says it’s $12,000 to fix. We just purchased this vehicle for 26k and shift says oh well. No help out all. My son is paying a car that is sitting there and no help. Please don’t go.

I saw the car on Edmunds. It was located at the enterprise car sales in Fredericksburg Va . The ad said they could transfer it to a local Enterprise. I paid $305 to have the car transferred to Newport News Enterprise. It was only a 2 hr drive away. The employees at the Newport News Enterprise Car sales division are so inept that they cannot finalize the transfer. I’m sorry I chose to deal with them. I could have saved myself time and money by driving to Fredericksburg to purchase the car myself. They keep delaying the transfer. It’s been almost two weeks now and still no car. The car is two hours away yet Michael, the salesman reminded me that they have 21 days to deliver the car. No one seems to know what they are doing at this dealership. I was promised by the manager that the car would be delivered on Friday March 31 but Michael said no one told him that. I am running out of patience with these incompetent people. I promise never to deal with them again once this is over. This has truly been a frustrating experience.
