The experience was great with Vanessa. She took the time for my husband and I to look around the lot and gave us information on different cars. We only came to look at a car for me and when I took a test drive on the red Turbo car,I was skeptical of it at 1st but I was convinced by my husband that this car will be great for me. When we start the paperwork for the trade in for the tiguan for the red soul turbo car, Vanessa took her time with us to gather our information and gave it to the financial manager, when she came back she told us that the monthly payments will be a bit high and we told her that we can't afford to make payments like that so she went back to the financial manager to bring down the monthly payments and when she came back she told us that she did lower the monthly payments. Then my husband told me that he wants to trade in for his truck because it was having issues with it, so I told him that he should get a Kia car just like me. But he wanted to test out the stinger that they have at the lot, When we told Vanessa that he wants to test out the stinger, she was surprised but told us that he should go for it and test out the car, And when we came back from the test drive of the stinger he wanted to get the car but the monthy payments is too high, so he got the grey soul turbo instead. Vanessa told us that it will take some time for all our information to go through with the financial manager, and when she came back for the price of the Gray soul we told her that the price is too high so she came back and told us told us that she brought down the price for the grey soul and we agree on it. While she was going through the financial paperwork to finalize them she told us that both of the cars will be detailed and ready to go while we start doing the paperwork to finalize everything. Once we officially got done the everything, we got our keys and we thank Vanessa for helping us with everything. We still love our cars and it was a great Experience and great customer service that Vanessa provided for us.
