I saw a used car on Edmund's and texted the dealership to arrange a test drive. They asked when would I like to come to see the car. I said I would be there in an hour and they confirmed Alex said to ask for a manager when I arrive. I drove an hour to get there only to be told upon arrival that the car was not there. They said it had been sent out for service. The sales people were unhelpful and the manager was useless. Very poor experience and very unprofessional handling of the situation. I would never go back to this dealership but they had the gall to text me the next day to ask when I would like to come see the car with no mention of the previous day. It is apparent that they have extremely poor communication skills between themselves and with customers.

Went into Elgin Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler dealership today and was interested in leasing a new Dodge Challenger RT/Scat Pack. The customer service here has been excellent. I came in with a few challenges in terms of financing and they were able to get me in a payment that I felt extremely comfortable with. The sales person I worked with was Adonia and the Manager was Sean. The entire sales process went very smooth, no pressuring and very respectful.
