I was utterly disappointed in the professionalism and service at this dealership. I went in expecting to pick up my new car (I had scheduled a pick up the day before after a test drive) and literally left crying. The finance guy would not take no for an answer when I said I didn’t want any warranties and then told me it would be easier for him if I financed through them- even though I had a lower rate through USAA. He said I could not leave with a car unless I financed with them. I said I would leave with my own car and had to convince them to give me back my keys and title. Terrible! Loved the car but could not give them my money.
