I cannot begin to say enough about my experience at McDonald Mazda, but here are a few highlights: - I called to make an appointment and ensure the car I was looking at online was still available. I was connected to Donovan in sales, and he was extremely helpful over the phone, and was flexible with my work schedule. - When we arrived, everyone there was very friendly, and the building was spotless. I appreciate cleanliness above all, and was quite pleased. - Donovan quickly joined us after arriving, and showed us the car I was interested in. He gave a full tour of the outside and inside, and answered all of our questions. I had just one question he was fairly certain of the answer, but needed to double check, which I greatly appreciated. I hate getting “yes, yes, yes” just to find out that isn’t the case, and he gave all the answers without over promising. - I decided to purchase the car, and the process of getting the final numbers was quick and easy. There was a little bit of a line for the “checkout” so they offered for me to leave and come back. I had to return a leased car, so I ran home and completed that process before returning. - The checkout was a breeze. I worked with Lilly, and she was just wonderful. She made the process so easy, and significantly faster than I have experienced at other dealerships. She was also really fun to talk to, which made the whole experience that much better. - I was out the door and driving my new car home in two shakes, and absolutely LOVE my new Mazda. It met every single one of my requests (heated seats, remote start, sun roof) and is stunning. McDonald Mazda is my new go-to for a new car (although I’ll be keeping this one for a good while, I love it!) and I’ll be highly recommending them to anyone I know (and like). HORRENDOUS Customer Service!!!! My 2016 Kia Sorento with less than 80K miles, blew the head gaskets?! They offered to replace my engine for a mere $11K. They offered me $1000 Trade-In (I got the same amount from another dealership that doesn't even sell Kia's!). Trying to get into a used car with them that I could afford was useless. They wouldn't work with me at all on the trade in and "iced" us for several hours sitting in the lobby so they could pitch me on a new car that there is no way I could afford. When I called to speak to Courtney the General Manager to ask for a courtesy waiving of the $180 diagnostic fee so the reputable dealership I got a car from could tow my old car away - he outright refused to take or return my calls. Super Shady. Arapahoe Kia - NOT a Great Idea!!!!

We came to Auto Nation to check out Honda Passports. Although we loved our 2020 Honda Odyssey, we thought we might downsize if we found something we liked. We didn't really know what was available. John McGuinness was the perfect salesperson to help us. He was friendly and knowledgeable and took his time explaining everything we wanted or needed to know. We walked in just looking at options and ended the day with the Honda Passport Trailsport - the most awesome car we've ever owned! After our purchase, John helped us move everything from our Odyssey and set up different features of the car. Our financial person, Fab was equally wonderful! He made the process so simple! And Dan the general manager came to talk with us and offered assistance if we needed anything. The day after we bought our Passport, I took him up on his offer. I couldn't find my coat and had people at Autonation looking all over for it! They were so patient! They make an awesome team and we couldn't be happier with the whole experience.
