Anyone who has purchased an automobile, had service performed on one, or any interaction with a Automobile Dealership has experienced the fatigue, stress, and wasted time that often accompany such visits. If you have been employed within this profession, then you certainly understand these experiences from the "other side" of the coin. I will attempt to convey, how wonderful it is to enter the Moss Bros. Chevrolet Auto Dealership: without having to put a suit of armor on! I have bought several automobiles from Dave Oley, the General Manager of this fine establishment--and would not go anywhere else to do so. This is not because I have not tried. The outcome of my travels to any other dealership are the four mentioned problems above: fatigue, stress, and having to wear a full suit of armor--ALL DAY--at the dealership. However, my experience from Moss Bros. Chevrolet continues to be quite the opposite. The owner and General Manager have the same expectations for the clientele that choose Moss Bros. Chevrolet as the answer to their automobile problems. They command and expect that courtesy, competence, skill, and professionalism be provided to each and every client: from when they first enter their doors, to when they drive off in the perfect vehicle that meets their needs. Moreover, after the sale, their customer service virtues don't cease. If you want your vehicle to continue operating like it did when you drove away from their delivery center: It's important to find a place you can trust to service, and maintain it--according to the manufacturers standards of safety, performance, and economy. Whether it's Service or Parts, you will be treated in like manner. They even have a rewards program so you can take advantage, redeem rewards for your purchases, and set appointments from the convenience of the "MyChevrolet" App. Pay attention here: During the COVID-19 era we find ourselves still in, I found Dave's team to be very socially responsible to my concerns, as I "check-the-boxes" on being high-risk. They set my concerns--from contracting COVID, to "buyer's remorse--at ease. To me, Dave Oley, and his team at Moss Bros.
