Most of the locations we called were way over our budget and at 5PM we were ready to give up and head home to SD. Told my husband to check out one last location which was LAX. We got there passed 6:30PM and Karollos was amazing from step one, welcoming us, up to a point of finding a way to make it happen. He was warm, not your usual pushy sales guy. Called on car listed that day on Edmunds website. Went that day to buy it.. As I was filling out the paperwork they raised price 8000.00 .and they changed it on website while I was there...I showed them I had copy of the ad showing the cheaper price the next day. The prior day they stated never listed the cheaper price .But when showed them the ad they then stated Edmunds website put the wrong price.., Called Edmunds and talked to representative and he stated NO WAY did we put wrong price.. The dealership inputs all the info and Edmunds just provides the platform.. Got them to sell me vehicle little cheaper but was 2800.00 over the original advertised price...

Horrible horrible. My son purchase a vehicle on June 24, 2022. He was leaving from college and the entire ABS system went out, luckily he was smart to through the emergency brake on . He could of hurt himself or someone else on the road. We took the car to Infiniti and they sat aged the entire ABS system was modified (this was not disclosed to us). My son purchased an extended warranty as well which is null and void because of the modifications. The dealership says it’s $12,000 to fix. We just purchased this vehicle for 26k and shift says oh well. No help out all. My son is paying a car that is sitting there and no help. Please don’t go.

This is dealership is no better than the unethical ones you would find near LAX. I emailed and spoke with Anthony the internet service manager about a certified preowned Kia Soul I saw on their site. I wanted the car. Spoke to Anthony, I filled out the credit app and was approved (he ran my credit which was 811 FICO), I have my own financing at a better rate than what the dealership can offer. He asked for a $500 deposit to hold the car and take it off the market, as the vehicle would not be ready until the following day because it needed shock/strut service. I gave him the deposit. That evening, I received an email saying, "As it turns out the Soul was sold to another customer and we refunded your deposit of $500." WTF?! That is the entire point of a deposit was to ensure this didn't happen! No explanation, apology, or restitution. So now I don't have the car BUT since they needlessly ran my credit, my score has gone down 10 points for no reason, so I'm the one who suffers to get another car. This is unacceptable and would expect more from any legitimate dealership.

They advertise a car nationwide and will not sell it to anybody out of California. I never heard of such a thing and it seems ridiculous. You have to come in person to pick the car up and cannot have it picked up by a shipping company even if you pay by money wire.
