Got a emailed price on a vehicle, went to test drive and was sitting in the salesman office while negotiating. They didn't want to offer the online price they sent me in a email... They sold the car while I was sitting there, took the deposit while I was in his office and was on a phone call. Bait and switch at its finest. Biggest waste of my time ever.

I purchased a 2019 Sonata to replace my 2013. My needs were very specific with regard to color and options. I found the car on an internet search. The dealer immediately responded to my inquiry, set me up with a wonderful sales advisor Amberly Thomas, who sent me all the information I needed (CarFax, build sheet, service records and vehicle brochure) via email. When a dealer is willing to send you a CarFax without asking it tells me that they are straight shooters. Amberly worked around my schedule to set up a test drive and had the car reserved for me as I was traveling from outside the metro Atlanta area. The vehicle was parked right in front of the dealership when I arrived. Amberly answered all my questions and the purchase process could not have gone smoother. I have purchased quite a few vehicles over my lifetime and it is such a relief when everything goes the way it should. My hats off to Amberly and the staff at Potamkin Hyundai for a great car buying experience.
