Husband and I decided now was the time for a new vehicle and a hybrid was it. We agreed on the Honda Insight. So I started contacting dealerships. First Texas Honda was one of the first to respond. They are not the closest, but close enough. The closest dealership just recently responded, after we'd purchased and taken delivery of our new Insight. The car is everything we'd hoped it would be so far. And Nadeem Khan, our sales consultant was one of the best I'd experienced over the years. So was everyone else at the dealership. In the last 10-15 in state and out of state vehicle purchases this dealership is by far the worst experience I’ve had. Salesman was ok at best with friendliness. Manager was not at all. I committed to buying a truck, sent them the requested information and approval of funds. The next day I received a text that they sold the truck to someone else and do not sell to out of state customers. The entire time they knew I was flying in from out of state to purchase and I was paying their asking price.

Mr. Ryan Wingate was my point of contact. I contacted him on Friday and made an appointment for Monday the 13 of March 2023 to inspect a vehicle they had. I drove from San Antonio to George Town, Texas to see a 2022 Subaru Outback Limited XT. Honestly, I've searched the San Antonio area and could not find a Good Deal. So I expanded my search and located what I wanted. I had also stopped in Round Rock to view another vehicle during my trip. Mr. Wingate answered everything and most importantly, he did not pressure or try to influence my decision. I selected the car I liked and the rest was easy.
