Terrible experience with Enrique. I asked to test drive a specific trim of a Cherokee L. Instead he brings the more expensive higher trim and lied and said the options were the same. I had actually already driven that exact same vehicle a few weeks before unbeknownst to him. I also test drove a Durango. When I asked if they honored the manufacturer lease deal from the Dodge website he said that website doesn’t exist. When I asked if he could do a lease quote for specific mileage and terms for excellent credit he said he couldn’t and that he needed to run my credit. I said assume excellent credit as I know my scores and do have excellent credit. Enrique said he couldn’t assume and wouldn’t do the quote. I had no problem getting lease quotes from Volvo and Lincoln as I was cross shopping an XC90 and Aviator. Even more ridiculous is that I even got a lease quote from that exact same dealership for a Cherokee L Overland a few weeks before from another salesperson. I guess if you’re a black man and not working with a black salesman you’ll be treated poorly. Thanks Rauny for the great service. Enrique needs to treat his customers (especially the black ones) better. I won’t be spending my money here.

Buyer Beware, this is a bait and switch location with an extremely unprofessional staff. To explain the reason why, I had spoken to Lyndia on Monday and told her I was interested in getting 2019 Durango GT plus in green that I found on Carguru. Lyndia confirmed she had it in stock, and I explained that due to my work schedule I wouldn't be able to view it until Wednesday, if it was still available. She said she would call me back to confirm and follow up. I wasn’t called so I emailed her on Tuesday, and still did not hear anything back. On Wednesday she replied to me explaining she just saw my email and that the Durango was still available. So, I booked the appointment with her and explained that if the vehicle gets sold reach out to me, so I don't waist time. This is due to it being the only vehicle I am looking for currently. At 3:45pm she calls to confirm my appointment and states that the Durango has not yet been sold and she is holding it for me to test drive. I went to the dealership with my brother, and in the parking lot there were over 12 employees standing around on their phone all waiting for a customer. I had 4 people swarm my vehicle before I was even able to get out, all talking over each other trying to get me go with them as salesperson; all because they were the best. I explained I had an appointment and then one of them told me they were looking to go home and make a quick sale. This was a very uneasy moment and I just arrived at the lot. I hadn't even got to the door to check in before I was passed off to 4 different salespeople. By the time I checked in a salesman JJ or JC came up to me without knowing or finding out why I was there. I explained to him the vehicle I was looking for and wanted to drive. He left came back 5 minutes later and told me that he just “Sold it" I asked why anyone didn’t inform me or even try to reach out. He then starts to belittle his co-worker and said that Lyndia only works up in the office and doesn't check anything. When I asked to speak with her, I was denied instantly. The salesman told me he could get me something else I explained I am looking for a specific color and model. Whereas he then tries to deter me by telling me that I was wrong for wanting what I wanted and that I should get what they have in stock already. This stock included a showroom car with a massive crack in the bumper. When I asked to speak to a manager since I felt they were being dishonest, he said no one was in the building to help me. This kind of customer service is unprofessional, devious and borders on being a scam. I would suggest to anyone that is looking to buy anything from them to steer away and do your research. This experience was awful, and I will file a complaint with the BBB in the attempt to bring to light their deceitful practice of lying to potential customers just to get them in the door and then overwhelm them with salespeople with no professionalism or common courtesy.

I have been looking for months for a 2021 Trackhawk in maroon, finally found one with the options I wanted (Laguna leather, 19 speaker sound sound system, and most of all, the trailer hitch package). I called about a week ago and was sent the window sticker for the jeep, today 2/11/23 I called 21 century auto group at 11:12am, a woman named Linda answered the phone, I gave her the last four digits of the VIN number, she confirmed that the vehicle is still there, and for sale, once, confirming the vehicle is there, I asked for a salesperson, she said “I can help”, the first question that I asked her was if they would wholesale the vehicle… she told me no they do not do that, I proceeded to ask her if they would sell it to a business, she said yes and asked me about financing. I told her that I am a cash buyer, I then asked if the price was negotiable, she told me “yes but we only make deals in the showroom” so I them confirmed the vehicle was there again, I told her that I was from a few hours away and I would be coming down with a dealer plate and a check. I drove over and hour, then took a train for over 2 hours, then a $30 Uber to the dealership. When I arrived I had to ask someone for a salesperson. I was introduced to Jay, I told him I came from Massachusetts. I gave him the info on the Trackhawk and he wrote down some info then went to get the key, a few minutes later he came back and said that the vehicle was sold and here’s some other options on Trackhawks. I explained to him that I literally called someone around 11 today and confirmed that this vehicle was here and that I would be coming with a check to buy it today. He said that they sold like 15 cars that day, he said that a wholesaler bought the jeep and a few other cars! Now of course I was highly upset, I told him I called and that was the very first question I asked after confirming the vehicle was still there. Jay said “let me check with the manager, maybe we have another one coming in” he came back and had nothing, he then tried to show me multiple other Trackhawks, I explained I only want a maroon one, and there is no point to look at other colors. The manager never came over to say anything to me, they never offered anything but to call me if they get another maroon one in. Between the 2 train rides, Ubers and fuel, it was about $300 all for nothing, I was never even offered a ride back to the train station. Knowing my situation, they should have tried to do something to make it right!
