Saleem was very knowledgeable about all the different vehicles, I was interested in and even offered other suggestions based off my budget. I found a used truck here that I love. The price was a little high but reasonable. We did not bargain but paid the asking price. Even the add-ons including a GPS device which we were given false information about both verbally and in writing. We were told we had no choice about this GPS device which allow the police to find the truck if it was stolen. I balked but was told I could also track where the truck was at all times including find it in a parking lot. The price I paid for this device does NOT include anything other than locating it if stolen. After I called the GPS company and was told this (after the sale), the dealership became unavailable by phone and, in person, refused to make their sale pitch actual. In addition, the financial manager was suffering from an upper respiratory condition which in the Covid era means he should have stayed home or at least worn a mask. My husband and I are both seniors with underlying health conditions. I am sorry this dealership is in a city with the university I love and that they are not honorable.

This was far and away the sketchiest used car dealership I've ever been to and that's saying a lot. In a random alley, their stock was nowhere near up to date on their website, they acted surprised when I pointed out that the car smelled like the inside of a cigarette, and just overall a really weird vibe. The cars in stock weren't really great quality. They have high end cars but they are in terrible shape and priced as if they are pristine. They offered to sit at the computer with me to look at stock but I couldn't look a the lot and the whole thing was just weird.

I was interested in a vehicle that I found on Edmunds.com. I provided my contact information to set up an appointment. The next morning I received emails, texts, and phone calls. I set up an appointment to see the car because it was "by appointment only". Thithin two hours I was at the dealership. I then waited 1/2 hour to have the car brought over. Finally I was told that the vehicle had been sold that morning. I complained to the sales manager and he told me the vehicle had been sold that morning. Furious I got in my brother's car, who was gracious enough to drive me there on short notice, and we headed home. On the way a costumer service representative called and apologized and disclosed that the vehicle had been sold the previous evening. Lost a day's wages because of this. Dealership 1-costumer 0.
