Jeep isn't telling people of the issues with these vehicles. It looks great and drives smooth...when they run. There are steering wheel issues, display issues, 4wd issues, jeep connect issues, tech issues and more. They rolled these out and sold them without informing buyers that the jeep connect marketplace isn't even built yet. If you have the uconnect marketplace in your 2021 jgcl you … are lucky. Buyers who purchased their jeep with the nonexistant jeep connect marketplace are left high and dry with no date for completion. It doesn't exist yet. The Sideview mirrors have screeching ear piercing whistle noises if you are going 45 mph or more so don't roll your windows down. Personally my 4wd light came on 4 times in 500 miles and the dealership had no idea why. It hasn't came on in the last 3000 miles once however. This jeep is beautiful and rides smooth. I just wish jeep had a single bit of information or informed their customers that the marketplace is nonexistant at this time. It took me 16 hours talking to jeep care just to get someone to tell me that information. It is no where online. The dealers don't know. Jeep care doesn't know. Only when they transfer you 20x and finally talk to their connectivity department will you finally hear your jeep was sold to you with software that is unfinished. I get it they are new vehicles...but this information seems to be a secret you're only going to find out after ypu buy it and spend a 2weeks calling them over and over. The front seats are comfortable. The back seats are small and very uncomfortable. You will not get roof rack bars with your vehicle or even a trunk net. The jeep app features hardly work. It rarely updates location. Unlocking, locking, remote start, remote horn works intermittently. Its not good. Mobile hostspot is through at&t and I rarely ever have a signal. My jeep will not connect to any wifi for software updates. It just won't connect no matter what I do. This vehicle is sharp looking and a great ride just dont expect the tech to work correctly. Be happy if you purchase one that doesn't have terrible issues that require many trips to the dealership to have work done on it.
