Our client advisor was excellent. I found the 435i online while on vacation in Orlando. I reached out online and received a call and email in no time at all with the additional information I had requested. Every little detail I asked about before committing to the 2.5hr drive down to Palm Beach was addressed promptly. Our advisor even replied to text messages after hours to take care of us. The experience at the dealership was even better. We were treated like royalty from the moment we walked into the door, even though we were only looking at a used 2016 435i. It was easy to agree on a price and get the paperwork rolling. While there were some delays because of my out of state purchase, it still went quickly. I spent less than 30 minutes with the finance guy which made me happy. Even more importantly they did not push all the additional warranties for every little thing like most other dealers seem to do.

Beware of Napleton dealerships. My issue was with their Palm Beach Hyundai. Very deceptive advertising. I came from Port St. Lucie, 1 hour away only to be lied to. An advertised 2011 Toyota Camry for $6,499.00 magically turned into over $12,000.00, Instead of $2000 under KBB it was $4000 over. When I questioned the sales manager about the deceptive advertised price he said it was disclosed in the fine print state imposed dealer fees were not included in advertised price. What is a state imposed dealer fee?. These fees included a dealer prep fee of $1,875.00, some other dealer hardship fee over $2,000.00 and a compilation of doc fees, title fees, dealer impact fees.... It was ridiculous. All on a used vehicle. When I questioned them they condescendingly said I should know this. I offered a fair cash price over the advertised price plus tax and tag transfer fees, and reasonable profit and they laughed. My advice is to stay away from this family of dealerships. Yes, I understand a dealership needs to make a profit, but there are ways to honestly do business, and they are defiantly not honest.

This dealership moves a lot of used cars and occupies a large space in the heart of West Palm Beach. At initial glance, our price was very attractive on the vehicle we were looking for and considered a "great deal" by more than one major car sales sites. Unfortunately, the hard fees shown in the fine print does not tell the whole story. After you arrive and take your test drive, you will realize that dealer addons such as window etching, headlight buffing and nitrogen tires add almost $2k to the listed price. Worst for us was an over $1500 "reconditioning" fee on our low mileage car, which may have been real or may have been imaginary, because our rep was not sure what was done to the vehicle to recondition it. We ourselves did not notice anything new on the vehicle among the common wear parts typical of the vehicle's mileage, hmmm. Given these additional costs and over $1k in other fees means this car goes from a great deal to a barely fair deal quickly. Sadly, their BDC staff was unable to understand what "out the door price" meant and couldn't even explain to us that there were costs such as the "Dealer Advantage" fee and the "reconditioning" fee. If we had these costs in hand prior to arriving at the dealership, it would have caused us to pause and clarify if they were negotiable. If you love having to haggle back and forth with the sales rep trying to get through purchasing a car, then this dealership is for you. We had an advantage, since we had previous experience in many levels of auto retail and was familiar with much of the ancillary costs involved. Still, it was close to a four hour experience to complete our purchase which was extremely close to a price we considered "great" for the vehicle. If you want honest, up front pricing before even setting foot in the dealership, this might not be the dealership for you. If one had to pay the non-specific, hinted at additional fees, their prices would be worst than similar trim cars from a host of other sellers on Edmunds or other car sites. When shopping here, remember your Stephen Covey : "Start with the end in mind". Know what is a great/good/fair price for the model and trim that you want to buy. And stick to your guns, any dealer that starts off with deceptively not disclosing fees should give you pause before you even start negotiations. Stay level headed, and don't be afraid to ask questions on every line item and have it well spelled out for you. Best experience leasing the CX-9!!! A friend heard my daughter wanted a 7 seater and highly recommended Mazda of Palm Beach. At first we were hesitant as it was a long drive from Miami, but after disappointing experiences at the nearest dealers, we visited the website and shortly thereafter, we got a call from one of the managers, Jayson Glick. He answered our questions, made sure he had the CX-9 we wanted, and referred us to Jay Rossow. Jay had the car waiting for us and we took it for a test drive. We fell in love with the car and decided to go ahead and lease it. Due to our past experiences at the other dealers, we were prepared for the worst. To our surprise, leasing the car went just as smooth as my daughter’s Friend said. Jay introduced us to the finance manager, Will Asencio, who guided us through the leasing process taking time to answer all our questions. He was not only knowledgeable, but very friendly and reassuring. There was one hitch… my daughter’s husband was not able to come with us to the dealer to sign the lease papers, as he was scheduled to work at the hospital 12 hour shifts during Memorial Day weekend. When the manager, Jayson, found out, he did something no other dealer has done for us, he offered to bring the papers for signature after my daughter’s husband’s shift ended at the Cleveland Clinic in Weston, over one hour’s drive away!!! The next day, we drove up with the kids, and Jay had our CX-9 waiting for us, washed and fueled. I installed the kids’ car seats while they were in the very nice playroom they have in the showroom area. My wife and daughter enjoyed a good cup of coffee - they even had hot chocolate and complimentary cookies there. One more thing, the restrooms were cleaner than a hospital… Needless to say, when our other lease is over, we’ll be back at Mazda of Palm Beach. Thank you guys and greetings from our happy family! Our five year old granddaughter loves her new CX-9 and keeps on saying we are a Mazda family now. :)

Dealer Review:
Beware of Napleton dealerships. My issue was with their Palm Beach Hyundai. Very deceptive advertising. I came from Port St. Lucie, 1 hour away only to be lied to. An advertised 2011 Toyota Camry for $6,499.00 magically turned into over $12,000.00, Instead of $2000 under KBB it was $4000 over. When I questioned the sales manager about the deceptive advertised price he said it was disclosed in the fine print state imposed dealer fees were not included in advertised price. What is a state imposed dealer fee?. These fees included a dealer prep fee of $1,875.00, some other dealer hardship fee over $2,000.00 and a compilation of doc fees, title fees, dealer impact fees.... It was ridiculous. All on a used vehicle. When I questioned them they condescendingly said I should know this. I offered a fair cash price over the advertised price plus tax and tag transfer fees, and reasonable profit and they laughed. My advice is to stay away from this family of dealerships. Yes, I understand a dealership needs to make a profit, but there are ways to honestly do business, and they are defiantly not honest.
