Dealer Review:

This was my first and last experience with Arrowhead BMW. The service director Paul was completely unprofessional and unwilling to right a wrong. My M3 was originally purchased from this dealership and they failed to remove the shipping spacer from both front struts during the initial delivery inspection. Negligence on their part resulted in damage to parts of my car’s suspension. I typically take my cars to North Scottsdale BMW for service/repair work, but according to BMW NA the dealership who takes initial delivery of the vehicle is ultimately responsible for the damage. So I call the service department at Arrowhead and explained my situation to Paul over the phone. The reply I got was “ why would we do anything about that. You are not even a customer of ours as you go to one our competitor for your service work.” I was then hung up on. I tried calling back and was immediately hung up on again. I would be very wary of having service preformed by [non-permissible content removed] after what I experienced today. Read the other reviews on here, there’s definitely a consistent stream of complains for poor customer service, rudeness, shady sales tactics, and even racism. Trust me when I say you are way better off taking your vehicle elsewhere.

Would have had my business if they were not either incompetent or dishonest. Asked multiple times about 0% for 84 months was pre-qualified then 2 hours into my 3 hour drive was called to be notified that the vehicle I wanted was for only 48 months. pictures don't always add up on online sites to their website. Was hard to get stickers for vehicles. Some red flags made me nervous about this dealership. I hope your experience was better than mine.
