I asked the salesman Andrew if they would be willing to lower the sale price since it had been sitting for approximately 70 days. He states he has to talk to the manager. As I had to leave, Andrew, explain to me that we can do all the paperwork over the Internet or phone prior to me coming back. He would text me or call me with the total out the door price. I informed him I was willing to put $17,000 down. No return phone calls. I called and got him on the phone. Andrew states manager would not decrease the price and will get back to me with out the door price as I informed him I am wanting to purchase. Still no call back yet. I called twice AND texted twice. He responded 2 days later stating he was on his way to work and would get back to me. Never did. I then called and spoke to a representative, Albert, who reassured me that he would get the out the door price for me as I am ready to purchase. Dealer Review:
This was my first and last experience with Arrowhead BMW. The service director Paul was completely unprofessional and unwilling to right a wrong. My M3 was originally purchased from this dealership and they failed to remove the shipping spacer from both front struts during the initial delivery inspection. Negligence on their part resulted in damage to parts of my car’s suspension. I typically take my cars to North Scottsdale BMW for service/repair work, but according to BMW NA the dealership who takes initial delivery of the vehicle is ultimately responsible for the damage. So I call the service department at Arrowhead and explained my situation to Paul over the phone. The reply I got was “ why would we do anything about that. You are not even a customer of ours as you go to one our competitor for your service work.” I was then hung up on. I tried calling back and was immediately hung up on again. I would be very wary of having service preformed by [non-permissible content removed] after what I experienced today. Read the other reviews on here, there’s definitely a consistent stream of complains for poor customer service, rudeness, shady sales tactics, and even racism. Trust me when I say you are way better off taking your vehicle elsewhere.
