Our experience with North Park Lincoln was the absolute best car-buying experience I’ve encountered in the last 30 years of buying vehicles from dealerships. Our salesman, Shelby was professional, courteous, a very effective communicator and had a heart to ensure my wife and I were happy with North Park Lincoln. When we contacted North Park to confirm availability of the vehicle we desired, we advised we lived 300 miles away and due to the ice storm which hit North Central Texas in early February ’23, we were unable to travel to the dealership to make the purchase until the roads were cleared a few days later.
