For example, every other dealership on Ynez selling trucks had a propensity to add “optional features” or “market adjustments” that added $3k-$20k on top of list price. Matthew Chong at Lexus was really professional and transparent throughout the process, and I did not encounter any hidden fees. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I was sent a 2017 Genesis G80 and what I seen online vs what arrived at my home per delivery was not the same. The vehicle has quite a bit of cosmetic damage that was not disclosed online. The delivery driver told me that the car came straight from auction! I was flabbergasted but what he said made sense! The car arrived dirty inside and out and was obviously not inspected upon being sold to me. I took the vehicle to the mechanic shop for inspection upon delivery and was told it needed new front rotors and brakes. The vehicle also had a front fender damage on the drivers front and back bumper indicating an unreported accident. I sent the vehicle back immediately!!!! This experience is the very reason that I will never purchase a vehicle online that I can not see and inspect first. Lesson learned!
