Our experience with North Park Lincoln was the absolute best car-buying experience I’ve encountered in the last 30 years of buying vehicles from dealerships. Our salesman, Shelby was professional, courteous, a very effective communicator and had a heart to ensure my wife and I were happy with North Park Lincoln. When we contacted North Park to confirm availability of the vehicle we desired, we advised we lived 300 miles away and due to the ice storm which hit North Central Texas in early February ’23, we were unable to travel to the dealership to make the purchase until the roads were cleared a few days later. Shelby offered to deliver the vehicle to us! I was amazed at his offer. However, my wife and I decided to make it a fun day trip. To secure the vehicle, Shelby offered to hold the vehicle with a small deposit. We obliged and provided the deposit. Shelby and the Business Manager, Mike made the process so easy. Drove 100 miles to get the car I wanted. No haggle price. It was ready and clean. Tony had the finance papers ready to send to the lenders. Showed us 5 lenders they use or we can use our own. Showed us how the money we put down affected our payment. Showed us extended warranty options. Showed us all the bank offers and we picked what we wanted. The choices were in our hands. Prices were cut and dry. Didn’t feel like they were getting kick backs from the banks for getting higher interest or up selling options for commissions. Loved it! Drove away in 2 hours.
