Wonderful Hybrid SUV

2014 INFINITI QX60
So after I read some negative reviews about this car, I thought I better chime in for those looking to buy a used version. I have had this SUV for almost a year and it's my first Infinity. I would DEFINITELY buy another. I LOVE THIS SUV. I have the Hybrid version and I live in a rural area with low hills and LOTS of wind. I am getting between 22 and 26MPG using regular gas. Much of that … depends on the wind in my area. But I had to make 2 trips a day 60 miles each way four times a week for almost 5 months after I bought this car. The RIDE was second to none and I drove an Acura MDX for almost a month doing the same trip that gave me a backache and I pretty much hated. The QX60 is comfort ALL THE WAY. Plus I was getting between 26-29MPG. I was using premium gas during that time and have since switched to regular as gas prices have risen, but the change in mileage is minimal. The car is a little sluggish during full-on acceleration. But I don't care about that, it's not why I drive an SUV. I have two dogs. One 150 pounds and the other 35 pounds. They fit in the back with the third row down with lots of comfort and space. I can even put a large dog bed back there with them and they have plenty of room. I LOVE the way the 2nd-row seats maneuver. So easy to move and put down so I can get things in and out of the back without going through the hatch. The controls are ALL in the right places with this car and are easy to navigate. I am considering getting a tow package in case we want to do some camping. This vehicle, while not super powerful can pull a lightweight camper with no issues. I will certainly look for another hybrid on future vehicles, especially an Infinity. This car really exceeded my expectations. Other than regular oil changes and a new set of tires I have had very little maintenance with it. It currently has about 90,000 miles on it.
