Terrible company. Do not even attempt to do business with them and especially not John Meyer. He put us through the ringer and he cannot be trusted. My husband spent hours working w this man to purchase a car. We were told we had the car via phone and email. We received the papers via UPS and immediately signed and sent from UPS store with a check. We also scanned the papers with the UPS confirmation and sent via email. We called repeatedly throughout the day to confirm and John Meyer avoided our calls. Finally at 5:30 he called to inform us that he sold the car to someone else. The car was for my 20th anniversary and my 50th birthday next week. John knew this and still sold the car after confirming he would sell the car to us.

Dealer Review:
I bought a 2014 Nissan Versa from International Auto Outlet on 12/31/2022 for what I considered a great price. Unfortunately on my way to work on the following Tuesday the transmission started to have issues. I knew the Nissan CVT transmissions were prone to issues before buying it but had no issues on the test drive and with the car having 108,000 miles on it I took the risk. With this know issue in mind, I took the car to the local Nissan dealership and got it diagnosed. I received a quote from Nissan that stated there was a code in the vehicles computer and based on the code and the issues it was having I needed to have the Valve Body replaced and the computer updated with the newest software at a cost of just under $2000. I was a bit shocked at the price but since I had just purchased the car and it had the code for the transmission issue in it that was not disclosed at the time of purchase I called International Auto Outlet. At first they seemed to be willing to help and asked for the quote and told be they would reach out shortly with a resolution. I was later informed that they wanted me to bring the car into their service center. I asked what the plan was because I didn't want to bring the car there with out knowing what the potential results would be as it would have to be towed almost 50 miles. They didn't have any answer but I was told the Sales Supervisor might know so I asked to talk to them. I was told that they weren't there at the time but they would call back. I never got a call and when I called the Sales Supervisor was again not there. I have yet to get any call or explanation from the dealership. I can't say that they for sure knew about the transmission issue before selling the car but I'm sure I could ask Nissan for the history of codes in the vehicle's computer and find out. I think that it is very poor customer service to allow such an issue with no resolution and leave a customer on the hook with a $7500 car that can't drive.

After multiple trips to the dealership and multiple phone calls and being told I could not have a loaner vehicle, finally I was told I could if I came up on the 20th, instead of a loaner, I sat with a salesman Bill and tried working out a deal to trade in. All the while spending nearly 600.00 to have my current lease truck fixed. During the sales process I was told by bill that a corvette he just sold for nearly 100k wasn’t in the system correct that the service manager fudged the vin so he could put aftermarket parts on and GM wouldn’t penalize then 14-16k for not using GM parts. Dec 20th. Maroon corvette sold Salesman couldn’t find title from Vin Salesman said parts manager purposely logged the incorrect vin because he didn’t want GM to penalize them for putting on aftermarket parts rather than GM parts. Dec 21st Corvette was delivered to customer under false pretenses. Dec 22nd our deal, salesman lied, manipulated, and misled us. After hours of runaround we left upset. Salesman had deal done on 20th or so he said, called me on 21st said everything was ready for delivery but he was leaving. Scheduled pickup and paperwork for between 330 and 430 on 22nd. Called salesman at 425 stated was on our way but needed to be back home by 6 pm he said. Paperwork ready, get your ass up here. We showed up and got the runaround for another hour plus they even moved my personal floor mats from my truck, transferred my plates and changed my insurance. We got upset and left. Sales manager called and pleaded to complete deal stated would do home delivery. 23rd. Dialect between me and salesman, saved text exchange showing the unprofessionalism. Contacted sales manager stated they refuse to sell in the truck now
