Dealer Review:

I bought a 2023 Honda Hybrid CRV from Honda Cars of Katy on 12/7/22. I also traded my 2020 Crv. The msrp of this car is 40240.00 written on the sticker on the car. They gave me a quote of 48000.00 and $19000 trade on Value for my 2020 CRV. They told me this include dealer add on of about $5000.00 Like tinting, Nitrogen in the tires some kind of warranty which will cover for the car Paint, and seats damage and Lojack etc, which I said I do not want but they said they have to be purchased, Then they gave me another quote, of $44000.00 for the car and $23000 Trade allowance. which I accepted. But when they made final sale they added another $2487.00 to the cost of the car. I did not check the detail trusting that they have given me a quote and they will not cheat me as there were several pages I signed the documents, Later when I checked I found this discrepancie. I went back and they have no answer for me and told me we can not do anything now. Also as I was arguing with the sales persons and other customers who were there were listening to me, They told me to go out of the dealership and do what ever you want to do. Also I was told that my car will be financed thru Honda Finance but they did it from some other company. I am warning any body who go to buy car from Honda Of Katy to be careful when you get a quote make sure it is written that it Include Add ons because they will add it to your purchase price. Better not buy it from them they are [non-permissible content removed].

Never got Approved for vehicle and now they refuse to give back my 5,000 deposit! After my car was taken I called several times to speak with the owner they would put me on hold, While being on phone (salesman) KEN Told me if I continued to call then they would put me on hold every time. They would not tell me where the car was so I could get my personal belongings such as my WALLET with all my important items such as ID social Credit cards and my babies diapers! PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Very nasty place!
