Dealer Review:
I would run from this dealer at all cause!!! We purchased a 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe after paying over sticker just a week ago from this dealer and it had a gouged rim and gouged running boards! The dealer was well aware of this and decided not to tell us which we found out from other staff at this dealership. But this is only them small stuff... now the vehicle is in the shop after 109 miles because it needs new injectors and the lifters are shot! The dealer doesnt want to take responsibility or do the right thing by purchasing the vehicle back! We spoke to Shannon Ashford who basically did nothing to resolve the matter besides saying that the managing partner Ronnie Whitlock refuses to buy the vehicle back. I have also asked for a loaner vehicle as we are leaving out to state and was only offered $35.00 a day. since Shannon is unwilling to do the right thing, we are requesting a call from Ronnie Whitlock to do the right thing. This is wrong and the dealer is simply avoiding us. we are also filing complaints with the BBB and attorney generals office! Any buyers, beware!!! Unless you want to pay over sticker for a $100,000 tahoe that needs to be in the shop with only 100 miles!!!

We drove an hour to see a certain car we found online. Found the car on the lot ourselves and a man approached us fairly quickly. He did not say much, but we showed very clear interest in the car. He seemed put off when we asked to open the sunroof and even more put off when we asked for a test drive. He responded “well, are you interested in buying it?” Really? We just drove from Orlando. I purchased a used vehicle on 7/11/21. I traveled about 90 miles to buy this vehicle. On the drive home, at highway speeds, there was a vibration throughout the vehicle. I figured probably a wheel balance issue, and I can handle that. What was more concerning was the loud squealing noise as I pulled up to my home. Now, this is only after a couple of hours of owning the vehicle. A noise that continues to now, 19 hours into ownership. Calls to try and speak to a manager met with negative results. I was able to secure email addresses for the used car manager and I assume the dealership manager and email them both letting them know my concerns. I will update all rating categories positively after speaking to the representatives of this dealership and reaching an amicable solution. If an amicable resolution is not reached, I will update accordingly.

As much as I didn’t want to go to Sanford to get a car, I only went because they had a car that I was very interested in financing. I was already at an Auto Nation but they didn’t have anything I liked. The sales person reluctantly showed me the car I saw in their nationwide inventory that I expressed interest in and if possibly there were other cars in that price range. After narrowing it down, I went with the initial car I set my eyes on. Since the car was at the Sanford location I had to agree to purchasing it even though I haven’t seen the car. I said forget that and my husband and I made the trip to Sanford. And I’m glad we did. I called in advance and told them I was on my way to test drive the 2014 Nissan Sentra. They just got the car a couple of days prior and I was the first one to test drive it. I loved it! I put a deposit so they can take it off the market and they actually, I didn’t believe them. Four days later the car was mine. We went up there after work, we took it for another test drive, I asked lots of questions and we ended up leaving around 11pm. The finance guy Kyle was cool, he wasn’t trying to rush through so he could go home and he found me a really lender with a great Apr. And Castro, my sales person, stayed there until everything was finalized. Really cool guys who made my first car buying experience surprisingly very pleasant. Thanks Acura Autonation.
