Very Disappointed-Tucson Hybrid Blue

2022 Hyundai Tucson
Purchased the Hybrid Blue end of May 2021 based on the EPA mileage estimate of 38 mpg. I am averaging 30mpg with mostly city driving, 26 to 28 mpg on the highway at 70 mph. Android Auto doesn't engage and the dealer hasn't been able to tell me why. The blind spot monitoring alarms and lane control are malfunctioning at times. No spare tire is a major detraction also. Overall, … features are minimal given the price tag.
UPDATE: Have owned this 2022 Tucson Blue hybrid for 18 months. Very disappointed in the mpg. Except for a couple months this summer, the mpg has averaged about 34; and suddenly dropped to 29 in November. While I understand colder weather affects the mpg, it shouldn't be this bad. Also, the hybrid system failure light came on and the car stalled. Dealer couldn't reconstruct the problem but stated that there have been a "few minor issues" identified that they are working on. Given the poor mpg compared the advertised performance and stall problem for a new vehicle I wouldn't chose this car again. No spare tire proved to be an issue when I had a flat on the highway and roadside assistance wouldn't show up for hours.
