I traveled to the dealership asking about a specific car and it was still there and I could purchase it. Dealership stated "yes" but later stated we have a “a better car” for you. The other car had miles on the car and I wouldn’t want it. Dealership provided a new car without being fully test driven and inspected. I was pressured to move forward as quickly as possible and did not see the damaged that was well cleaned and hidden at every step. Once driving off the lot I received a check engine light, I returned to the dealership to ask what the issue was and the damage. I was told it is “water in the fog light”. Closer inspection showed the light was damaged and several scratches in the front right of the car. Car is still not fixed as it should be a new car. Paint drips and visible scratches are still present. Dealership was disrespectful, refused to assist and stated they would tow the car unless I left. I was also infuriated that my new car went from ~50 miles at purchase to 269, I asked to return the car and was told to contact someone else. Leave the car and it will be towed.

Be wary of dealerships that itemize the reconditioning fee for used cars. They are notorious for leaving the fee out to get customers on their lots when they see such low prices online. The fee at this dealership is over 1k and reconditioning mainly consists of just washing the car, changing the oil, etc. which is just the cost of doing business. Instead of eating that cost as they should they pass it on to ignorant consumers that have no knowledge of car buying. Also, the "doc fee" in Texas is an unregulated fee that can be any amount. It is also another way dealerships pass the buck onto their consumers. I wouldn't buy a car from here even if they were giving it to me for "free" because somewhere in the contract you would have sold your soul without knowing it. Buy from a more reputable dealer!
