Dealer Review:
I came into AutoNation Hyundai to view a used car and a brand new one, although my credit is not great, I definitely feel like because the sales people were aware, I was treated fairly poorly. I was having issues retrieving photos of the vehicle I needed to turn in to my insurance and update it, and just had a difficult experience overall. It was very hard to get a straight answer and when I asked questions and explained my needs I did not feel heard. I ended up buying the car, but I do feel regrets about it because of my experience. The car also was released to us, not detailed and with mystery stains on the center console and the gear shift area. I didn't feel like I got to take home a new to me car. I felt pressured into the sale, and I hope that I'll be able to refinance and trade-in in the future. One positive is that Nef, the gentleman who helped with actually getting our financial paperwork together was caring, and a great listener. The actual SALE of the vehicle was not great.
