I recently went to Romeo Chevrolet with the thoughts to buy 2 vehicles, because I had 2 cars due within a week of each other. The salesperson was extremely patient and answered my questions about financing and logistics of buying 2 cars. We, my daughter and I were never rushed and never felt pressured during the process. It was my daughter's first experience and she was not overlooked and was involved in the whole process. Needless to say it took a long time to test drive 2 cars and do all the paperwork. We were constantly asked if we wanted water or coffee and were always informed. Even the salespeople that were not working with us were always asking if we needed anything. Definitely recommend this dealership for fair price vehicles with outstanding customer service not only from sales but also from management.

I had a nice trade and usually the devil is in the details but Tom Pati listened to my concerns and after some back and forth negotiation numbers, the deal was made. I had some issue with the conditioning of the new vehicle which were immediately addressed to my satisfaction and vehicle was purchased. As I said I am a retired car lover and have dealt with many dealers. I place Romeo at the top and suggest you give them a shot at your next purchase.

I don’t usually pay attention to bad reviews, I like to form my own opinion. But this place should be named The worse way to wholesale autos. I walked in Jan. 25 2021 looking to trade in for an AWD car for my family. Walked in, was greeted poorly with the most unbothered “how can I help you?” in my entire life. I get better from the drive thru lady at McDonald’s. Guy didn’t even offer me a seat in which I was confused if I should take a seat or not, so I seat myself, no big deal. I told him my desired car and what I have to trade in. He gives my keys to his “manager” and sat back down like I wasn’t even there, to just continue to laugh at Facebook videos, pick at his cuticles on his desk with his nail clippers (gross) and had his mask hanging of his chin while sniffling & wiping his nose with his fingers while I’m sitting across his desk with the most awkward silence ever. Not to mention we’re still in the middle of a pandemic and there’s literally associates walking around with no mask or masks hanging off their ears. Hate to be the “wear your mask” person but my wife literally saw someone decline a test drive because the associate riding along said he didn’t have a mask. I even heard employees word for word ask each other about W2 forms like they don’t have customers sitting right in front of them. I can not make this up. I snatched up my keys and walked out of there not looking back. If this place carried itself with more dignity & their employees showed some respect for their customers or at least themselves and at least dressed like a car salesman instead of garbage man they’d be more successful. Just.. don’t.
