Auto Fraud The worst decision I ever made was buying a car at Nalley's Honda in Union City,Ga. On May 31st, I bought a Used 2019 White Honda Accord Turbo 2.0 for $30,364. The dealership contacted me less than 7 days later and wanted to buy my car back. They offered me a 2021 brand new Honda Accord 2.0 for my trade in.( Red Flag) I said No. Before Purchasing the Car, I asked for a second key and there was a scratch on the bumper that the dealership was suppose to fix within the 30 days. They refused to fix it and only give me a second key. (Unethical business practice) July 16th, my temporary tag for the Honda Accord expired. I went to the local Fulton County Tag office to get an extension but Fulton County refused to give me an extension because I'm not the owner of the car. The Dealership failed to apply for a tag within 30 days after the sale. As required in O.C.G.A. 40-3-3. The Dealership took my money without providing me what I purchased. Only July 16th, I went to the dealership to inquire about my tag and they said it was nothing they could do about it. Chris Wilkins the General Manager told me to drive the car and we will get this resolved Monday. The plan was to give ME the paperwork to take down to Fulton County. I refused and got upset. Chris Wilkins the General Manager at Nalley's Honda thought it was a good idea to have me drive the car illegally due his staff not getting me my title. I called the police and demanded my money back. The Chris Wilkins said he will give me my money back Monday upon inspection. Ideally, he wasn't going to do the inspection right then and there. He wanted to put contingency on my money. I demanded they do an inspection now and take the property. I have yet to get my money.
