So working on my deal for a used truck, we played the game of back and forth on the price. My final offer was $1,145.00 less than there offer. They were throwing in a $2000.00 extra warranty I was told. I responded by saying I didn't want the warranty just give me the deal I wanted. They came back with dropping the price by $145.00, still $1000.00 over my offer and they took the $2000.00 warranty out of the offer. So I guess the $2000.00 warranty was really only worth $145.00. Very disappointing in the way that they must seem to think people are stupid.

This was our second time coming back to Jack Giambalvo Hyundai, and we couldn't be more pleased. Ed was an absolute gentleman and exemplified every quality a good salesmen should have. Knowledgeable about his product, great customer relations, listening and meeting your needs, all without being pushy or over the top. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. (The first one 3 years ago was also great!) I've bought over 20 cars over the last few years (New and used dealers, carmax, and private sellers) and I've never been in and out as fast as Ed and Dillon worked with us. We walked in and left keys in hand in under an hour! With the initial appointment of securing a car a few weeks ago, going over trade, finance approval and questions taking only another hour or so at most. Definitely recommend coming to see Ed for your next Hyundai purchase and if you're lucky you'll get the absolute legend, Dillonto do your finance. In this post 2020 car buying world, it's more than likely they won't have the vehicle you want on the lot. I'm sure if you are willing to drive, you'll be able to find it somewhere else. But don't settle, this is one of the few places that isn't marking up vehicles over MSRP, and isn't adding in bogus deal add ins, accessories and packages. Please do not be fooled by the "Number 1 sales volume" Banners that hang in Darcars show room. They reached those goals by being hard hearted, coaursive [non-permissible content removed], that will say anything to get you to buy a potential lemon. During the pandemic, my wife and I decided to patron Darcars of Silver Spring in hopes of buying a dependable used vehicle. We basically accepted the first offer for a certified used van and agreed to purchase all the back office incentives that were available, including an extended bumper to warranty. That warranty was purchased to bring my wife a peace of mind. Providing my wife with confidence that she had a vehicle that she would be able to depend on while I was deployed. However, to our dissatisfaction, we were sold a non-dependable Toyota that has a worthless bumper to bumper warranty. We purchased the Platinum covegage level of the Toyota Extra Care for $2,600 and it did not cover any of the damage to the carpet or floorboads from the water collecting underneath. The warranty did not even cover the cost to diagnose the vehicle, which was $180. It is a shame that we cannot get the air conditioning damages resolved and that I must see my 6-month-old gag and cough because of the mildew smell that the moisture in the carpet has caused. So if you do not have a consumer protection attorney on speed dial, please consider going to another dealership. Hopefully the next dealership you choose may care about the people to whom they sell cars. Please, please, please take this review into considerations and choose any other dealership, becuse this one will disown you immediately after you step out their dealerships door. Sincerely Mr. York

Went to look at a vehicle that was verified by e-mail to be on the lot. Arrived after about a 50 minute drive to look a the Honda CR-V. We walked around the lots for about 20 minutes and could not locate the Honda CR-V on the listing. Some girl came out and asked if she could help. We showed her a picture of the Honda CR-V and she stated she would find the vehicle. We watch this girl go all over the lots for about another 20 minutes just pushing the unlock button on the remote. She stated she was not a sales rep and was going to go get one. Well about another 20 minutes went by and she did not return. We saw the girl going into the dealership with a different person. That was the end of this wasted trip. We let the lot and never looked back. The Koons GM Corner dealership acted liked they did not care about selling a vehicle. Poor customer service and not worth the terrible experience.
