From walking into the dealership to order the vehicle to picking up the new car when it arrived from the factory, my experience could not have been smoother or more pleasant. I wanted a larger vehicle so when I walked in on St. Patrick's Day to see how much they would give me for my trade-in, they offered me a fair trade-in value within the KBB range. Then they asked me what vehicle I was looking to purchase. Of course, like everyone else in the industry, they had no inventory. So then Ford was offering the "Custom Order Your Ford Your Way" program and they helped me order the vehicle exactly the way I wanted it. I paid the deposit and my vehicle was on order. Ford Motor Company sent me emails throughout the entire process updating me on the status of the build. By early June, I received a call from Michele Magnusson in Sales from Hampton Ford that my vehicle has arrived and she helped me schedule a pick-up time. She was absolutely amazing in getting everything set up for me in advance so that when I showed up, the pick-up process would be quick and smooth. I finally worked with the finance manager, Kevin Langlois, to process my loan and complete the paperwork. It was my best car buying experience ever and if you want the same hassle free car buying experience that I had, I highly recommend Hampton Ford!
