I've worked at car dealerships, and have bought from plenty over the years. My experience buying a 2017 Kia Sorento from Keyes Hyundai is how it should be done! I bought my car from Carlo, and he was great. I came in a couple times, and was hoping to get a newer Santa Fe, but was waiting for insurance money from my other Santa Fe getting totaled. Carlo certainly wanted me to commit on the spot (it's his job), but didn't really pressure me when I told him my situation. He also kept in touch with me over the following week, but it never felt like actual pressure. When I came back ready to buy, it turned out the 2019 Santa Fe was more than I wanted to spend. After a little prodding, he backed off, and then walked me around the lot, and found a slightly older Sorento (low miles, in great condition) that better fit my budget. We negotiated a price, after which he had the Sorento fully cleaned, and then he personally took it to the gas station to fill up the tank. Carlo went out of his way to make sure I left with the car I needed, and at a price I was comfortable with. I'll definitely be back when it's time to buy my next car!

We had searched differed Honda dealership from San Diego to Hermosa that’s going to work with our budget for a leased red civic. Most of the locations we called were way over our budget and at 5PM we were ready to give up and head home to SD. Told my husband to check out one last location which was LAX. Horrible horrible. My son purchase a vehicle on June 24, 2022. He was leaving from college and the entire ABS system went out, luckily he was smart to through the emergency brake on . He could of hurt himself or someone else on the road. We took the car to Infiniti and they sat aged the entire ABS system was modified (this was not disclosed to us). My son purchased an extended warranty as well which is null and void because of the modifications. The dealership says it’s $12,000 to fix. We just purchased this vehicle for 26k and shift says oh well. No help out all. My son is paying a car that is sitting there and no help. Please don’t go.
