This dealership is dishonest. Their advertised prices are complete lies. They will not sell you a car at their advertised price, as they add so-called theft protection and other useless add-ons for $3000. These add-ons are not disclosed anywhere on their many used car advertising sites, nor in-person prior to completing the purchase. In my case, this was on a car listed just under $6000 on Edmunds, their own website, and many other used car websites. I wasted more than 2 hours driving there and back, plus test driving the car, before they disclosed their true offered price. Avoid this place, do not do business with them.

Dealer Review:

100% Bait and Switch, Stay away from them! They tried to add 25% to the cost of a used car for "ecoblock" protection that was "already installed"... A $17500 car (advertised and TrueCar price given as that and confirmed by them prior to showing up at dealership) and they try to add $4500 to it for this ecoblock protection coating. Total bait and switch and completely unethical. They should put in the fine print of their adds that there are or may be installed accessories and they didn't mention this. In fact they did have a section for "Installed Accessories" but all they listed there were carpet floor mats and the price for those, they did not include this ecoblock "accessories" (and the floor mats were not even installed or available). So they mention some accessories but not all? Again, total bait and switch and honestly I think illegal. Many other places do list all accessories they have installed with prices for those so you know (if you read the fine print of the ad) what the total cost will be. Not these guys. And to be clear, if they the cost for this ecoblock was like $1000, I may have still done the deal with them - but the $4500 "accessories" cost is a full 25% of the cost of the car! There is no way the protection sealant costs that much (I had it put on my current Nissan by the Nissan dealing and it was less than $1000). Buyer beware!!

Most of the locations we called were way over our budget and at 5PM we were ready to give up and head home to SD. Told my husband to check out one last location which was LAX. We got there passed 6:30PM and Karollos was amazing from step one, welcoming us, up to a point of finding a way to make it happen. He was warm, not your usual pushy sales guy. Monday, 04/26/21, morning I drove an hour and a half to the dealership to test drive a 2018 jeep wrangler Sahara that I intended to purchase. It was listed on car gurus for $37,000. I asked the salesman Andrew if they would be willing to lower the sale price since it had been sitting for approximately 70 days. He states he has to talk to the manager. As I had to leave, Andrew, explain to me that we can do all the paperwork over the Internet or phone prior to me coming back. He would text me or call me with the total out the door price. I informed him I was willing to put $17,000 down. No return phone calls. I called and got him on the phone. Andrew states manager would not decrease the price and will get back to me with out the door price as I informed him I am wanting to purchase. Still no call back yet. I called twice AND texted twice. He responded 2 days later stating he was on his way to work and would get back to me. Never did. I then called and spoke to a representative, Albert, who reassured me that he would get the out the door price for me as I am ready to purchase. I texted him twice, called twice and still no return phone call, voicemail no longer accepting messages. It is now Thursday, still have not heard from anyone. I decided to keep looking over the internet for any additional used car and what do I see? The car is now listed for $41,000.
