I was willing to buy the car sight unseen and have it shipped and then these red flags started popping up. Never deal with a company like this, go to a real reputable dealer. Prior to my attempted purchase, I had read various comments, but unfortunately, one of the managers I interacted with displayed rudeness and disrespect, which didn't align with the online interactions. It appears that they may be friendly only when they believe there is a financial advantage. Otherwise, the level of respect may be inconsistent. In light of my experience, my advice to others is to thoroughly evaluate their options before deciding to buy a Kia. If Kia is your preferred choice, I suggest seeking out a dealership with high reviews from genuine customers who have shared their experiences. To Kia, I respectfully recommend implementing monitoring and evaluation processes for your dealerships. Some locations, like Kia of Irvine, might inadvertently lead to losing valuable customers. As for me, I have decided not to purchase a Kia in the future based on my experience.

Drove 100 miles to get the car I wanted. No haggle price. It was ready and clean. Tony had the finance papers ready to send to the lenders. Showed us 5 lenders they use or we can use our own. Showed us how the money we put down affected our payment. Showed us extended warranty options. Showed us all the bank offers and we picked what we wanted. The choices were in our hands. Prices were cut and dry. Didn’t feel like they were getting kick backs from the banks for getting higher interest or up selling options for commissions. Loved it! Drove away in 2 hours.
