I purchased a Honda CR-V EXL from Huggins Honda in January 2018. Sold the the 2018 and went back to buy a 2022 CR-V. Much to my shock it is now Norm Reeves Honda. My first impulse was to leave and find another dealer. However, I noticed the same sales managers and several of the old time sales folks. Needless to say, I ordered a new CR-V and was treated fairly (no market adjustment), openly and with respect. The sales pro, Michael Trevino, was candid and very honest. Three weeks later my new car was delivered to me and the general manager, David Elattrache, spent several minutes with me. I really thought going from a family owned to a multi corporation owned would be terrible. I was thoroughly impressed with this dealer and found out they retained almost all management and did not bring in outsiders. Highly recommend Norm Reeves Honda in North Richland Hills
