Versatile ride with great gas mileage

2013 Honda Crosstour
I’m a Honda girl, so I’m a little biased. My last two new Hondas were Accord sedans. This time, I decided to get the 2013 Honda Crosstour in Mountain Aire, which is a beautiful color blue. I love the versatility of the car — with the pull of a handle, one of the back seats folds flat, and if you pull the other handle, the other back seat folds down flat, making it a mini SUV. I fit five … medium pet carriers back there for vet visits and during a hurricane evacuation. I like the deck height at the rear of the car. When you open the hatchback, you can slide things in and out at a comfortable height. If I drive right, I can get 39 miles to the gallon, which is exceptional, considering the size and weight of the car. The car has several upscale features, such as a camera in the passenger side sideview mirror, so you can see traffic in your blind spot. I ordered the E-XL model, which has navigation and leather seats. The driver seat has an eight-way power adjustable seat. The front passenger seat has a six-way power adjustable seat. It has many personalization options, such as whether or not to beep your horn when you lock the car with the key fob, which interior lights, if any, you want to come on when you open the doors, which doors you want unlocked when you hit the unlock button on the key fob, and the rearview mirror will automatically aim down when backing up, and you can choose at any time which one you want to aim down - left or right. All in all, it’s a great car. I’ve had it for 10 years and I don’t plan on replacing it anytime soon.
