I traded in my car in and bought a Audi SQ5 from Joe Mellow. My credit isn't the best but it is fair. Joe knew were I stood going into this. After going back and fourth with the deal, Joe and his manager came up to me and got my interest down by almost 3x what it was in my previous car. The customer service at Audi is unlike any other. Each sales associate, sales manager, finance manager, etc. were nothing but professional, kind, helpful, and bent over backwards to make sure I got the best deal.
