Was trying to purchase a 2007 Honda Element from their used car inventory. Sales person Niki. Was in constant contact and provided all information in order to purchase a car from out of state. I kept getting “I’m busy with a customer and will call you back soon.” Paper work was ready to go and only needed to take my payment. Wouldn’t call me back until sold to another customer who drove all the way from nj for more money. Delay tactic. Dont bother trying to purchase a vehicle from a so called internet specialist. We walked away with the car we wanted at a reasonable price, he also helped with insurance and everything else on the spot which was a relief.
