This is an incredible Land Rover dealership, the way they combined the different packages and options on all models is very thoughtful and really hit a broad market. I was looking for certain combination of options in a Defender and they were the only ones in SoCal to have them, in multiple cars. Highly recommend Jordan as sales specialist, he was very responsive, kind, knowledgeable and took the time to go over the sales process, even picked me up from a CarMax location far away at 8pm to close the deal. Finance department was super straight forward and speedy going over the best options and not pushing anything web didn’t need. Fay was the associate that took care of our case and She was amazing. Best car purchase experience ever.

The one we liked the best had a dent on the fender, even though it was supposed to be new. We test drove it anyway and generally liked it. We were shown into a bungalow by the sales guy and he told us about some of the Costco pricing on the model we liked. He said he had one at a lot at Santa Anita without dents. He left us there supposedly to put us in there system and figure out how much a lease would be. We waited about 20 plus minutes. We were hungry and tired of being disrespected, so we left. Someone called, supposedly a manager. we asked him to text the lease amount. He said something about coming back. He never sent a text. How many different ways are there to lose a customer? I think they found practically every one of them. I recommend you look elsewhere if you want a car.

went to Norm reeves irvine twice. our lease is ending in April and decided to buy out three remaining balance. ofcoure they will persuade you in giving you more options in order for them to somehow get the car or for them to finance it for you. we have made a decision to keep the car and have our bank to finance it. Our bank requires us to get a buy out packet in order to proceed with refinancing. first we called Norm Reeves Irvine and they said they don't have such documents and so we went there. spoke to some Finance Manger and he specifically said the process is for THEM to buy the car first and then our bank can refincance it. if we don't have any other options we might have fallen in to their tricks. good thing we call Honda Finance Service. spoke to an agent and told us that if we are to buy out our remaining lease balance then we don't have to go thru the dealership. Thank you Honda Finance Service for that info. we we're able to finance our car. I know NormReeves Honda Irvine it's a business but to try and trick people/ customer/ buyer in to doing such things is not a good business practice. You just lost another future customer. Good luck.
