I could give this dealership a 0 then I would.  Only reason I would give it a 1 would be because of the awesome sales rep Jayson. Came from an hour and a half away to see a vehicle, we were assisted by the sales rep Jayson who was very professional and helpful. Decided to purchase the vehicle, got the out the door pricing, let them know that I already secured the financing thru my own bank. Had to leave due to a work meeting and spoke to one of the reps in financing and he advised that I could start the paperwork process and it would be ready by the time I would return in the evening to speed it up. Then that's when the nightmare started. When I returned in the evening (after driving an hour and a half again!) The process was supposed to resume. They requested a copy of my insurance information to make sure I had full coverage. However this time, instead of working with the same person in financing who was there earlier in the afternoon, we were met by the sales manager Lucas (who by the way gave me his card so that in his words I could "spell it right") Lucas then began to give us his explanation about how we could not drive away with the car because they needed to wait until their bank completely cleared the cashiers check from my bank and that they always do it this way. Uum as if this is my first time buying a car? I know that's a straight lie! Mind you, the car I was going to purchase was already considered used because the person it was originally sold to couldn't follow thru with the loan and had to return it after a few days and 500 miles later. (And that came directly from financing when they explained why the car was selling for the price it was.) When I said this, Lucas rudely said "well you were lied to!" Wow so now apart from being rude and unprofessional, you also want to put in question the integrity of not one but 2 of your coworkers including the financing reps?Doesn't give a good look to this dealership at all. He then proceeded to tell us that we didn't have to purchase from them. Well you are absolutely right about that! Do not waste your time even if you are local to this dealership because in Lucas' own words you don't need to purchase from them. Take your business elsewhere unless you are okay with wasting hours at a dealership who clearly doesn't want to sell a vehicle.

This dealership is dishonest. Their advertised prices are complete lies. They will not sell you a car at their advertised price, as they add so-called theft protection and other useless add-ons for $3000. These add-ons are not disclosed anywhere on their many used car advertising sites, nor in-person prior to completing the purchase. In my case, this was on a car listed just under $6000 on Edmunds, their own website, and many other used car websites. I wasted more than 2 hours driving there and back, plus test driving the car, before they disclosed their true offered price. Avoid this place, do not do business with them.

Most of the locations we called were way over our budget and at 5PM we were ready to give up and head home to SD. Told my husband to check out one last location which was LAX. 100% Bait and Switch, Stay away from them! They tried to add 25% to the cost of a used car for "ecoblock" protection that was "already installed"... A $17500 car (advertised and TrueCar price given as that and confirmed by them prior to showing up at dealership) and they try to add $4500 to it for this ecoblock protection coating. Total bait and switch and completely unethical. They should put in the fine print of their adds that there are or may be installed accessories and they didn't mention this. In fact they did have a section for "Installed Accessories" but all they listed there were carpet floor mats and the price for those, they did not include this ecoblock "accessories" (and the floor mats were not even installed or available). So they mention some accessories but not all? Again, total bait and switch and honestly I think illegal. Many other places do list all accessories they have installed with prices for those so you know (if you read the fine print of the ad) what the total cost will be. Not these guys. And to be clear, if they the cost for this ecoblock was like $1000, I may have still done the deal with them - but the $4500 "accessories" cost is a full 25% of the cost of the car! There is no way the protection sealant costs that much (I had it put on my current Nissan by the Nissan dealing and it was less than $1000). Buyer beware!!
