went to Norm reeves irvine twice. our lease is ending in April and decided to buy out three remaining balance. ofcoure they will persuade you in giving you more options in order for them to somehow get the car or for them to finance it for you. we have made a decision to keep the car and have our bank to finance it. Our bank requires us to get a buy out packet in order to proceed with refinancing. first we called Norm Reeves Irvine and they said they don't have such documents and so we went there. spoke to some Finance Manger and he specifically said the process is for THEM to buy the car first and then our bank can refincance it. if we don't have any other options we might have fallen in to their tricks. good thing we call Honda Finance Service. spoke to an agent and told us that if we are to buy out our remaining lease balance then we don't have to go thru the dealership. Thank you Honda Finance Service for that info. we we're able to finance our car. I know NormReeves Honda Irvine it's a business but to try and trick people/ customer/ buyer in to doing such things is not a good business practice. You just lost another future customer. Good luck.

BUYER BEWARE. Go somewhere else. These people are not to be trusted. In November I purchased a used Minivan for my business. While I'm aware of the inherent risks of purchasing a used car (I worked in the car business for 10 years), I purchased it from a dealership instead of private party or an auction, hoping that the car would have been checked over thoroughly before being put on their lot. I was wrong. Within days the check engine light came on. Two weeks later, it wouldn't even start. It needed a new fuel pump switch. Now a month after that and the check engine light comes back on as well as the oil change light. Within 60 days and less than 500 miles that I've put on the minivan (most of those miles have been taking it back to them because I live over an hour away) it has needed a fuel pump switch, oil change and now a catalytic converter, which they want to charge me at least $1000 for. They obviously did nothing to this car before sticking it on their lot and taking my money. Dealerships like this give all the others a bad name. I gave them plenty of opportunities to fix this before writing this review. My husband spoke to everyone from the sales managers to service directors. My advice, don't buy anything here, don't service your car here. Their customer service and all around moral decency is atrocious.

The price on GarGurus is not the final price of the vehicle! This dealership will not discuss vehicles over the phone for a reason. The SCAM is to LURE you into the dealership by not dealing with people over the phone. Then they BAIT AND SWITCH THE PRICE likely after they've already run your credit, and then they STONEWALL any attempts to talk with anybody in charge. They do not honor their advertised price which on their own website they refer to as their “OUR BEST PRICE”. They WILL NOT remove the dealer added extras they use to jack the price up by thousands! This dealership knows what they are doing and is dishonest and calculating. This was my personal experience and they likely treat everyone the same way.
