I went into this dealership yesterday February 12, 2021 to try to buy a new truck. They have the truck and I had just came in. It was the only one that was available because they are selling them fast. It had about $2200 more of equipment that I needed but still want to take a look at it. The sales guy who I thought was nice named Sean bone. He came out open the truck gave us the key let us take it on a test drive no pressure. We came back wanted to talk over some numbers so we went inside to sit down. My dad proceeded to tell him that he had a 2018 Chevy Silverado LTZ with only 19,000 miles on it. He asked him to give a offsite appraisal on it. I had gotten up to leave my dad and the salesman along because I had a phone call. I come back to the table I find that neither one of them are there. I go back to my car and find my dad sitting in it. I asked him what happened? He tells me that he came back with an offer for his truck 5 to 6000 under wholesale. They were trying to steal the trade in. Which most dealerships do that’s why you never trade in your car. After we had it appraised by AutoNation and another large store which offer 35,000 to 36500. Rivard only wanted to give $31,000. So my dad got up and said this wasn’t gonna work with the trade-in price. So the sales guy brushed him off at 10 OK have a nice day and walked away. That’s extremely rude. If anybody has been in the car business which I used to sell cars and or have purchased cars in the past. Usually they tell you where you need to be or they get a manager to see if they can close the deal. He was very dismissive and cocky. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership at all horrible customer service. I have never seen a dealership broom customer out so fast in car salesman term. Do you self a favor and find another dealership that will match or beat the price. I think I already found one with a dealer fee that’s half the price. Stay away from this place they think they’re you know what doesn’t stink.

I submitted a request for more info about the Ford Escape and an hour before they even opened Patrick replied to the email request. He personally went out a checked the vehicle for me to verify my questions so as not to waste a trip as it was a fair distance to the dealer fro my house. I arrived early to my appointment and he greeted me right away and took me on a no pressure test drive. He allowed me to check every aspect of the car and once I finished worked up a fantastic deal for me. He then had me work with Frank on financing and when I accidentally left a page there Frank emailed me the page I was missing so I would have a copy and not have to drive back. I cannot recommend this dealer enough. As it states in the title. There is no shortage of excellence from them. Go buy from them, you won't regret it!

I recently bought a 2015 GMC Acadia from them used. the process was mediocre at best. the salesperson we dealt with over the phone was fantastic. however, once we got then we were pawned off twice. the staff made us feel like it was a chore to deal with us and were seeming to try to hurry everything along. now, I love the car, but only two weeks of having the car the battery dies and I had to replace it. now after calling the dealership about this they stated that there was nothing they could do. it was " like buying a lamp with a light bulb, sometimes they work and sometimes they don't" well I can't tell you the last time I bought a lamp that came with a light bulb, but they usually don't come together. however, if I buy a cell phone that has a bad battery, the phone company replaces it. either way, I'm sure that if the dealership tested the battery like they said they did, it would have shown that the battery had a bad cell. just letting you know if you buy a vehicle from them used to make sure you ask for all the diagnostic testing results that they supposedly do before leaving. so you don't get burned as I did.
