Very positive and accommodating. My biggest surprise and disappointment was that the final price was not communicated to me - just that the payment would be a slight change, which turned out to be a 25% increase (more than slight!). When brought-up to finance manager, he replied that we are not getting sticker price (which is what I was led to believe when I initiated the purchase). Interestingly, this was a "swap" and I had just purchased the exact same vehicle with a few less features and it reflected the tag price. But this one all of a sudden was $12k more even though the listed tag price was only $4k more. Feel really duped and am in the market to buy a new Tahoe but will take my business to different dealer.

I would highly recommend this dealership. On a chance we drove down to Chillicothe from Columbus looking for a used suv. Our salesman Joe Coleman was fantastic!! He listened to what we were looking for and our budget. He treated us like family and explained our options and allowed my wife and I to discuss them without any hassle or aggressive sales pitch. It was such a relief, seeing how we had spoken to sales people from other dealerships that were not so welcoming, understanding, and even interested in anything other than selling us a car. I would happily drive the hour back to Coughlin Chevrolet of Chillicothe if I were in the market for another car. The general manager Andy Gilbert does a great job there! I have previously purchased multiple cars from Andy when he was in sales and even requested him at a previous dealership prior to our trip to Coughlin.
