Dealer Review:
The sales peri was was pretty straightforward and easy. The trade in was another matter. Please do not take the “quote” from their website. They dropped mine by $7,000 even though my vehicle was in great condition. They later adjusted, but I still lost $4,000 off of the offer they made originally. Also, te salesperson was very responsive until the sale was complete. Once the transaction was done, Jordan refuses to answer emails. The financing and paperwork was fairly smooth. I had no issues there. Overall though, they seem like customers don’t really matter to them.

Dealer Review:
I didn’t do my research and got a horrible deal. They knew something was wrong with the car when the sold it!!! Bad business!! Worst buying experience of my life. I feel ashamed of the day I walked into this dealership. I trusted them as a dealer but I was conned. Certainly not worthy of trust and not dependable. The car I bought less than 2 months no longer works and requires significant overhaul (engine). Plus after I called, they said they would call back I’ve been calling for the sales managers Alec or Alex and he will not return the call! They talked me into getting the extended warranty because they knew the vehicle was no good. The extended warranty company denied the claim because the vehicle issues already existed stating lack of maintenance…. The engine is gone! No one at the dealer will respond. They have gotten away selling me a dead car. But untrustworthy businesses don’t survive long. Please please stay away from the dealership! Look at reviews for this dealership…. [non-permissible content removed]!!! Very bad business.
