Dealer Review:
I responded to an online ad for a specific "In Stock" Bronco. Made and appointment with a sales manager to see the vehicle. Confirmed the appointment and availability of the vehicle one last time this morning before taking time off work and driving 3 hours round trip for this appointment. Arrived for appointment to find the sales manager I had been dealing with was "off today" and then found out the vehicle he had confirmed available was not even there .. even though I was assured it was there. The goal seemed to be to then try to sway me to a Bronco on the lot for a lot higher price. Total waste of a day and a real eye opener about the integrity of of at least the person I dealt with if not the entire operation.

I purchased a new Hyundai at another dealership. They ignored me and were rude the very next day! Fine! I was ready to purchase another new car one month later. They lost my business. This is why Young got it; I told their salesman Wilson Roundy that I wanted him to make me feel stupid for going to the other dealer. LOL HE DID!!! I was prepared with what I wanted and needed and he made it all happen. These days new cars come slow so I was waiting for 10 months. He called regularly with updates and, no joke, we became friends through the sale!! Everybody needs to make a profit to stay in business. The price arranged was VERY fair and he even made some adjustments to make sure I was happy! Do not do what I did and purchase somewhere else. Let Young Hyundai in Ogden make you feel silly for considering it. Call and ask for Wilson Roundy! You will be glad you did!!! 10 stars if I could.
