Dealer Review:

I typically give businesses a 3 strikes rule, so as to let lesser offenses slide with a benefit of the doubt. However, the service conducted at Auto Boutique is simply unforgivable. First, they say that a car I saw on Edmunds was available, and I called the morning of. That afternoon, I arrived with cash in hand ready to test drive and make a purchase if everything checked out. They made me wait for 30+ minutes to tell us that we could take it for a 10 minute test drive. Then another 20 minutes passed and a salesperson came out, mildly apologetic, and states that the car is actually being test driven and is not currently available to look at. We ask if it'll take another hour or so. He says no, maybe it wilI be back tomorrow as it's an "extended test drive". On a 2015 Camry? What? And get this – the Edmunds listing states that the car has no accidents, but upon viewing the CarFax, it was actually involved in an accident with moderate damage (airbag deployment). You can either call this horrendously misleading or outright lie so that they can get us to come on their lot, waste 3 hours of our day including round trip transportation, only to look at their other cars on the lot because the "too good to be true" listing on Edmunds was really just a ploy. Honestly, shame on you for using shady business tactics. Please understand that customers who are smart enough to see through your dishonesty will take offense to being conned, and not want to waste anymore time looking at your other cars if the one they specifically sought out is mysteriously ~unavailable~. I also find it interesting that your employees do not wear masks inside the store? I will give credit to the few that I saw keeping it on inside, but I saw far too many for my comfort. I'm very unsettled by the poor business practices that I witnessed today, so kindly enjoy this review and do better.

After the test drive I made a down payment and agreed to close the deal and take delivery in a week. I called the day before the week had lapsed (salesman was supposed to "call me") and the salesman said it was ready. I went to pick up the car and when the brought it out it was poorly detailed and no items were repaired. I addressed these items with the salesman and he took the vehicle back to the service area only to return with one item repaired and said parts where needed to complete the other items. He created a service order (I have a copy) for those items said he would submit it and gave me a contact in the service department and said they would "call me". After a week I called them. My wife and I are looking for a 2022 Buick Enclave. With the supply chain problems, there are very few cars on the lots in our area and we wanted to see what the two new colors -- Sage Metallic, and Rich Garnet Metallic -- look like in person. I called several dealerships within a 3 hour drive of my home to see what they had on their lots. We found a Sage Metallic at Cavender Buick in Weimar (about an hour from home). Thank you Jose for the time you spent with us looking at the car. We still wanted to see a Rich Garnet Metallic Enclave before we could decide what color we wanted. I had talked to Victoria at Beck and Masten South in Houston and she told me that they had a Rich Garnet Metallic Enclave on the lot. So we drove an hour and a half from Weimar to South Houston. When we got there, we did not see that car on the lot, so asked a salesman where it was. He looked it up on his computer and then went to talk to someone. He came back with his manager who told us that they did not have it on the lot; it was in transit and would be there in a week or so. What is so wrong with TELLING THE TRUTH? We were not going to buy a car today. We just wanted to see the colors so we could make a decision. We would not have wasted several hours of our time to drive so far out of our way if we had known that we were not going to be able to see that color car. Because they can't tell the truth about such a simple request, I would not recommend this dealership to ANYONE.

The 2500 sits like a heavy duty truck should: big and bold. Right de is a little bumpy but it comes with the territory. Getting 20 mpg while cruising at 65 mph. My salesman was Alan Savage and he did an outstanding job of getting in and out as fast as possible.
