Truly excellent vehicle with up-to-date technology

2019 Genesis G70
After driving jaguars IDs and Mercedes for many years I just lease the new G 70 after my Jaguar lease had expired. Although I like the Jaguar it was short on performance with his 2.0 engine. I was attracted to the Genesis by the fact that this truly unique vehicle with out rages performance and multiple electronica goodies. The car was leased from a dealership in plantation Florida. … Shortly after delivery however we noticed that the wheel balancing was off And I tried to contact the service department. Their website has crashed and their phones were not working. After no more than seven calls I went to the dealership and confronted the general manager who was not interested in resolving the issue. I have no complaints about the vehicle it is truly deserving of the accolades it is received. However genesis will never be a true competitor as long as it continues to share dealerships with Hyundai. High-end buyers are truly more demanding of the service department and sales department and a high-end a dealership can provide. They have an excellent car but their marketing is awfulAnd their customer support even worse
