Dealer Review:
Do not use Mark Maher!!! This guy is the worst! I have purchased a few leases with him in the past and there was always something he would do that was unprofessional, but the last two deals were the worst. The first time I ever worked with him, he kept me waiting at his desk for 30 mins when he knew I was on a time crunch, the front desk had to page him and he was out in the lot talking with his family members. He apologized and said it was because he had not seen them in so long. Very unprofessional. Most recently he was working with my father on a Maverick and told him he would hold it for him for the day. My dad rushed to the dealer from Chicago to ensure he could take delivery. Once he got there Mark told him it was gone. When escalated to the Sales Manager, the Sales Manager explained "they do not hold vehicles". Either Mark or the Sales Manager is lying. Lastly, my F150 lease is up in October and Mark reached out in January to sell me on a great Explorer lease deal. Told me it would be 6 weeks and the Explorer would be in. Here we are 9 weeks later and it has not even been in production, Mark tells me the ones he has ordered most recently are already in production and maybe we should order another one. This guy is [non-permissible content removed], period. Proceed with caution.

I went there to buy a 2018 Prius Prime advertised on Edmunds with 14,000 miles for $22,481. I spoke to "Naomi" a number of times on the phone and asked for her when I got there. I was handed off to a random salesman who took me out to the car. When I asked him if there was any flexibility in the price he said that they add a $2900 "dealer fee". That brought the price to $25,381 which was about the same asking price as many similar cars being advertised. I figured the price was a lie so the mileage was probably a lie too. I didn't wait for them to fill the empty tank so I could go for a test drive. Don't waste your time going to this hole. The positive reviews are probably all written by them.
