Once a final offer was made, Israel invoked beneficial rationale that convinced me to accept this very solid proposition. By 5:00 p.m. I was on my way with a new car and the folks at Allan Vigil Lincoln, which included Israel and finance manager Tony Wiggins, are to be congratulated for conducting a highly professional, swift and efficient business transaction from my first contact via Auto Trader to the full tank of gas provided for my ride home. The worst car buying experience I've ever had. It started with waiting 3.5 hrs to complete the purchase only to be repeatedly given false information about the ESP PremiumCARE plan I purchased. I left a total of 8 voicemails for Khemary & Richard in Finance and Jessica Barrett (sales manager) over the course of 2 weeks and did not receive a single call back. I had to drive from Castle Pines to the dealership 106 miles roundtrip twice just to get answers as to why I did not receive the extended warranty I paid for and still it's not been resolved. This is absolutely the worst run dealership I have ever encountered. I'm a paying customer who bought and F150 from the dealership and this is the level of customer service I received. I cannot put into words how disappointing the entire experience has been. I plan on leaving reviews on every site I can from Google Reviews to Yelp, BBB, Cars.com, Autotrader, Edmunds and any other site I can find. They are very nice to you while you're buying the vehicle and once that's complete you're on you own. They do not want anything to do with you. There are so many Ford dealerships in the Denver-metro area you DO NOT want to give them your business.
