Dealer Review:
I was interested in a vehicle that I found on Edmunds.com. I provided my contact information to set up an appointment. The next morning I received emails, texts, and phone calls. I set up an appointment to see the car because it was "by appointment only". Thithin two hours I was at the dealership. I then waited 1/2 hour to have the car brought over. Finally I was told that the vehicle had been sold that morning. I complained to the sales manager and he told me the vehicle had been sold that morning. Furious I got in my brother's car, who was gracious enough to drive me there on short notice, and we headed home. On the way a costumer service representative called and apologized and disclosed that the vehicle had been sold the previous evening. Lost a day's wages because of this. Dealership 1-costumer 0.

Dealer Review:
Bill Kay, the home of the bait and switch. Called at 9 a.m. on a Saturday to confirm a used car they had listed on their website was available. Tiffany assured me yes it was. She asked what time I wanted to come look at it and I let her know I would be there around 10 a.m. She said they'd make sure the car was out front so it would be easy for me to check out upon my arrival. Drove 40 minutes there, and then the games began. Was shuffled between multiple sales reps upon arrival (I think creating a bit of confusion is a key component of a bait and switch), and then was finally handed off to a different guy. And wouldn't you know it, the car I had just called to confirm they had was not for sale because it "has a blown engine." But lucky for me, they had the same make and model, but a year newer, and ONLY 50 percent more than the price of the car I called about. Already had it pulled up front when I got there. A sucker may be born every minute, but I'm not that sucker.
